Morning routines look very different once you have children. The internet version might involve waking at 5 a.m., journaling, meditating, exercising, drinking lemon water, and somehow watching the sunrise in complete silence. The parenting version may involve someone waking earlier than expected, a missing shoe, spilled milk, an urgent diaper change, and reheating the same cup of coffee three times.
